EuroBrit Potluck Picnic
A Casual Cruise In for Cool Cars
(and Occasional Station Wagons)
All Vehicles Welcome
This will be our FIRST year hosting this event! At our 2025 Holiday Party Potluck we had such a great time with club family members and such wonderful food, that we thought it would be lots of fun to do another Potluck in the Summer, just after our biggest event, the EuroBrit Expo.
Bring your favorite food, your favorite car, and your favorite people. Come see what our social club is all about. Our goal is to help people connect with our club members and their families in a more relaxed setting than the Expo and to have a great time with lots of tasty food.
Help Us Spread the Word
Please post our flyer and share our event to help us reach people who might be interested. A PDF of our flyer can be downloaded by clicking on the flyer image.
RSVP using the Form below to let us know what you plan to bring.
Please plan to contribute food to help make our event a tasty success. We expect to have at least 50-75 people attend (maybe as many as 100) but no one person has to feed everyone. The great thing about a Potluck is that if everyone brings a dish that feeds about 12-15 people there will be plenty of food.
If you haven't yet made up your mind about what to bring, there is still time. We'll be posting our menu below with daily updates as it evolves for the two weeks before our event.
If you absolutely can't manage to bring something to share, please plan to contribute cash (minimum of $10/adult, $5/child) to help support our club and our philanthropy.
Door Prizes
Door prizes from our generous club sponsors will be presented to those who submit their contact information during the event or by RSVP. Drawings start at 11:30 AM and will be held at least every half hour.
Yard Games
Our members will be bringing their personal yard games and toys for attendees to share and enjoy. Game Rules will be available at the event. Some of the games include:
-
Cornhole
-
Ladder Ball
-
Giant Jenga
-
Table Checkers
-
Frisbee
-
Ring Toss
-
Giant Connect Four
-
Croquet
-
Hula Hoops
Please respect the game items and be a good sport.

Tasty Food from our Holiday Potluck Party
Look for Our Sponsors!
We're working hard to include our Club Sponsors! As this is our first year planning this event we're still working out details.
Ideally we'll have some of our mechanic and car dealership sponsors participate with display cars, display tents, and space to talk with attendees about their businesses and products.
We're also anticipating that some of the local restaurants who have been generous door prize contributors will bring some food to share as part of our Potluck.
Sharon Johnston Park
Pavilion #2
We're excited to be able to hold our event at Sharon Johnston Park. The Pavilion we've reserved has permanent picnic table and seating for up to 100 guests with nearby parking and shade from surrounding trees. It has an attached concession area with a sink, fridge, counter, water and electrical. Bathrooms are also attached to the building so we won't have to trek far for such a necessity.
The surrounding area is fairly level, so our hope is that it will be accessible for those with mobility limitations. Please let us know in advance if you have severe mobility restrictions and need a parking space reserved near to the pavilion. We'll be checking out the area in person in the coming weeks and plan to post some more pictures of the area so we all can know what to expect.
Please respect the PARK RULES
-
No alcoholic beverages allowed on park grounds.
-
Pets allowed but must remain on a 6' or shorter leash at all times. Please clean up after pets.
-
Fires permitted in designated areas only (or not at all if the weather has been dry).

Help Us Reduce Waste
Consider bringing your own items for use during and after the potluck. We may have some reusable plates and utensils available for guests to use, but they'll need to be cleaned and returned to us after use and not thrown out. We also plan to provide some paper plates, napkins, cups and plastic utensils, but they're never quite the same as something sturdy and familiar brought from home. Consider bringing the following for yourself and your family:
-
Plastic or metal plate
-
Reusable silverware
-
Travel mug or cup for your beverage
-
Serving utensil for your dish
-
Storage containers, foil, and plastic wrap to take leftovers home
Label your serving dish with your name and phone number and we'll try our best to get it back to you if it is left behind.
We will be bringing hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and a few reusable kitchen towels for use during the event.
We're Serious About Food Safety
We intend to take all steps possible to ensure food safety and quality during our event. Please be aware that attendance to and participation in our event indicates your acceptance of all risks associated with consuming food prepared by other individuals in their home kitchens and then served in an outdoor summer setting.
For more tips about Potluck Food Safety and general food safety, consider reviewing this PDF on the topic.
Please follow safe food preparation guidelines while preparing your dish to bring to the potluck. Wash and sanitize your hands and any food contact utensils and equipment before preparing food. Keep cold foods cold and hot foods hot. Avoid cross contamination between raw meats and fresh fruits or vegetables. Cool cooked foods quickly after cooking. Consider using an insulated cooler to keep items warm or cold during transport.
We may be able to provide trays or bowls with ice to keep chilled dishes cold during our event. Anything you bring to help with maintaining safe food temperatures will be appreciated. There will be electricity available for crock pots, etc. Screens or covers to keep flies off of food may also be helpful.
Food Ingredient Labels would be appreciated but are not absolutely required. We do intend to have Food Labels on each dish that include the Dish Name and possible Allergen Ingredients. Our goal is to enable even those with food sensitivities or allergies to have a good time.
