Donation Types & Contribution Levels
Monetary Donations
Financial Donations are used to directly cover our club and event expenses such as those described here.

All club officers and members that participate in organizing club activities and managing club events work as volunteers.

Amounts in excess of essential expenses are used to support our Sponsored Scholarship and the Automotive Technology Fund with the Calhoun Community College Foundation.

Starting this year, we are accepting monetary donations online here.
In-Kind Donations
In-Kind Donations are items that can be presented as Door Prizes or included in Goodie Bags. In-Kind Contributions will always be distributed at public events to enable us to further promote our Club Sponsors.

For Goodie Bag Items, we request at least 100 pieces of any individual item or a total combination of items. Branded items are welcomed to help you promote your business. Please use the total approximate item value on your submission form to select the appropriate Donor Level for your contribution.

For Door Prizes, we gladly accept specialty coupons, gift cards, gift certificates, service discount cards, and other items or products worthy of being presented as a door prize. Please consider that if we have multiple items, we will be able to present them to multiple individuals. For example, four $25 gift cards will be presented to unique recipients four different times and give us additional opportunities to promote your business at our events.

How We Use Our Funds
All funds raised by our club, including membership dues, registration fees, donations collected at events, and sponsor contributions, are used to cover our club and event expenses. Club members and their families act as volunteers to manage club administrative business and event planning and execution. Any proceeds obtained from hosting events and collected sponsor contributions are used to help support the Automotive Technology Fund at Calhoun Community College and our NAEBMS Sponsored Scholarship with the Calhoun Foundation.
