​Please review the submission instructions and deadlines below for participation in the 2026 EuroBrit Expo or the 2026 EuroBrit Picnic. The sooner we have your information, the sooner we will be able to start promoting you on our website. Our website traffic generally peaks in April and May as people seek more information on our summer events and pre-register for the EuroBrit Expo. Help us to help you be recognized on our site. 

Sponsorship Instructions

Complete the steps shown by the deadlines given in the tables below to become a sponsor for our EuroBrit Expo on May 30, 2026, or our EuroBrit Potluck Picnic on June 20, 2026.  We may be able to include late submissions for the Expo, at our discretion, depending on the status of our promotional printing and T-shirt ordering at the time the submission is received. Deadlines for the tasks we have to complete as event organizers are also included on the Deadlines tables below for timeline transparency.

Please note that we will also be promoting our sponsors and presenting Door Prizes at our EuroBrit Potluck Picnic on June 20, 2026. Platinum and Gold Level Sponsors are invited to set up their promotional materials at this event as well.

Please contact us with any questions. 

  1. Review our requested Donor Levels and choose your contribution amount.

  2. Choose how much of your contribution you would like to send directly to our NAEBMS Sponsored Scholarship Fund (please limit this to up to half of your total contribution amount)

  3. Complete the Sponsor Information Form (below)

  4. Provide us with your contribution based on the type of donation you selected.

    • Mail us a check or arrange for check or cash pickup by a club representative. We will contact you to make arrangements f you selected the "Cash or Check" option in the form below.

    • Contribute to us directly online HERE

    • Contribute to our Sponsored Scholarship Fund HERE

    • Arrange for In-Kind Item collection and provide  promised items by the deadline shown depending on your chosen event. 

  5. Coordinate with our Event organizers if you plan to bring Exhibition Vehicles or set up display space at our events.

Business display areas are limited to a 10x10 canopy. Exact placement and layout will be determined by event organizers. We will contact you at least one week before our event to let you know your approximate location. Your organization will be responsible for providing your own tent, table, chairs, etc. White tents preferred but not required.
